The NHS is collecting information from all NHS services and contractors to build a picture of how those services are performing. You will be able to see the feedback and compare services through the NHS website, though at present their information on dental practices only show the existing reviews which are not part of the Friends and Family survey.
We collect your Friends and Family Test feedback in several ways: via paper forms next to reception or online. You can use your computer, tablet or smartphone. We may contact you via email or SMS following an appointment to ask you how we did.
The information we gather is sent to the NHS monthly, and we will display a summary on our website.

Because the reception team are always cheerful, polite and helpful and Mr Bhunjun is a fantastic dentist, he always explains the treatment before starting and you know you are in safe hands. The nurse is lovely too!
